The three-layer PE process is widely used in anticorrosion of steel pipes at home and abroad, and applied to oil and gas transmission, urban gas supply and water supply and other fields. The 3-layer PE anticorrosion structure includes fusion bonded epoxy-powder bottom layer, polymer adhesive middle layer and polyethylene top layer. The epoxy powder is a kind of thermosetting nontoxic coating, forming the high molecular weight cross-linking structure coating after solidifying, featuring good chemical anticorrosion & higher mechanical properties. The function of epoxy powder bottom layer is to form continuous coating, providing excellent adhesion by agglutinating and solidifying the steel tube surface with good chemical resistance and cathodic disbanding resistance. The function of polymer adhesive is to agglutinate the epoxy powder before gelation, and to agglutinate the polyethylene top layer, which unites all three layers together.
Cooperating with the conveyor delivering steel pipes(straight pipe, bend or multi-pipe), cone, structural steel and steel sheet, etc., this operation line utilizes the high speed steel shot flow generated by shot blasting machine to strike off the oxide scale, rust and other sundries from the pipe surface to have a good effect of degusting, reaching the national. standard of SA2-SA3 in SR/TQ4I4-98. It can improve the tensile and compressive resistance of the pipe surface and can also possess the reliable depth of abrasion pattern, so as to get strong adhesion of the coating on the pipe with a satisfying result of anticorrosion and thermal insulation. Meanwhile, the degusting speed can be adjusted as l-6m/min according to different types.
This line adopts hydraulic, electric impeller head or air pressure grit-blasting gun to eliminate rust for internal pipes. We adopt steel grit to derust pipes less than 700mm and steel shot to derust ones more than 700mm .
The derusting efficiency is 80-150m2/h and the derusting effect can reach 2.5-3 level. It is composed of pipe-rotating machine, grit-blasting trolley, shot blasting trolley, impeller head, shot blasting machine, steel shot recycling line, butt pipe trolley, shot collecting box, shot dust separator, dust removal system and operation platform.
