At 3 PM on June 9th, Qingdao Dacang Anticorrosion Co., Ltd. held a welding skills competition in the production department's riveting welding workshop.

This competition aims to improve the overall quality of the company's products, cultivate reserve personnel, stimulate and mobilize the majority of workers to study technology, and further promote the development of the company. A number of players with the field competition, mutual consultation, launched a unique skills competition.

The staff of Dacang have signed up to participate in the competition, showing great enthusiasm. The competition takes flat fillet welding, butt welding, lap welding and other contents as the assessment items, and the competition is carried out in batches in the form of drawing Numbers. After fierce competition, six finalists were selected to enter the final.

At the end of the competition, the judges made a comprehensive evaluation through the welding quality and the operation specifications of the whole competition process. The excellent welders were judged and awarded the first prize, second prize and third prize according to the competition procedure.
